While I understand not taking walk-ins, not having a website, and being individual owners/booth rental, not being able to provide me with anyone’s information to schedule an appointment based off of how I look is absolutely asinine and completely deplorable. I was very polite, despite you being curt toward me. You just lost a full service, transformational cut, and color with wax that would have been a returning client. I’m dressed in workout clothes because it’s hard to get dressed when you only have one arm available and it felt a little more than discriminatory. I don’t think I’ve been treated with so much disrespect in my whole life. I hope you have the day you deserve.

First time here and I really like Michelle, she did a good job cutting my very thin hair. Made my appointment for next one. The shop is in a great location in a house. Really a cute place.

Michelle is THE BEST! I am not an easy cut either, I'm very particular in how I want it cut. She listens to exactly what you want and asks clarifying questions to make sure you get what you want. And the atmosphere is warm and cozy!
